Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Milly Lab. They apply to the Milly Lab web application, the Milly Lab iOS and Android apps, and the Milly Lab API. This document is for anyone using Milly Lab, whether on a free or paid plan.

#Agreement to these terms

By creating an Milly Lab account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Milly Lab.

If you are using Milly Lab on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.

Milly Lab is operated by уточняется of уточняется ("we", "us").

#What Milly Lab is

Milly Lab is an AI workspace that gives you access to models from several providers through one interface. It includes:

• Chat — conversation with Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok models.
• Light Studio, Video Studio, 3D Studio — image, video and 3D asset generation.
• Swarm Mind — Project Mode, where an orchestrator model decomposes a task and worker models execute it; and Council Mode, where several models answer the same brief independently.
• Connected workspaces — optional connection to a GitHub repository or Google Drive so runs can read your files and propose changes.
• File generation — producing DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, PDF and Markdown documents.
• Spaces and Teams — organising work, and sharing a workspace with others.

The underlying models are operated by third parties. We may change which models are available, add models, or withdraw a model when its provider discontinues it or its terms change.

#Eligibility

You must be at least уточняется years old to use Milly Lab. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Milly Lab only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You may not use Milly Lab if you are barred from doing so under applicable sanctions or export-control law.

#Your account

You are responsible for:

• Giving accurate registration information and keeping it current.
• Keeping your password confidential. Do not share your account.
• Everything that happens under your account.

Tell us immediately at уточняется if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Signing out or changing your password invalidates tokens issued earlier, so existing sessions stop working.

#Acceptable use

You must not use Milly Lab to

• Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
• Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material. This is grounds for immediate, permanent termination and reporting to the authorities.
• Generate content that sexualises minors in any way.
• Create material designed to harass, threaten, defame or intimidate a specific person.
• Produce content promoting or instructing in terrorism, violent extremism, or violence against a person or group.
• Generate instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear agents.
• Impersonate a real person or organisation, or create synthetic media of a real person intended to deceive.
• Produce material that infringes someone else's intellectual property or breaches their privacy.
• Generate malware, exploit code, phishing content, or material intended to gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Provide medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice to third parties as if it were from a qualified professional.

AI-specific restrictions

• Do not use Milly Lab's outputs to train, fine-tune or evaluate a competing AI model or service.
• Do not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct the underlying models, their weights, their prompts, or their configuration.
• Do not attempt to circumvent safety measures, content filters, or usage limits, whether in Milly Lab or in an underlying model provider's system.
• Do not automate access to the generation endpoints beyond ordinary interactive use — no scripted bulk generation, no resale of raw model access, no operating a competing service on top of your Milly Lab account.
• Do not share your account or your API credentials so that others can consume your allowance.

You must also comply with the terms of the underlying model providers whose models you use. Their terms are linked from the Subprocessor List.

Connected workspaces

If you connect a GitHub repository or Google Drive you confirm you are entitled to grant that access, and that doing so does not breach an obligation you owe to anyone else — an employer, a client, or a licensor.

Be aware that file contents read from a connected workspace are transmitted to third-party model providers as context. Do not connect a repository containing secrets, credentials, or material you are contractually forbidden to disclose.

#AI output — what you must understand

AI output can be wrong. Models produce text, images, code and other material that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated while appearing confident and plausible. This is a property of the technology, not a defect we can eliminate.

You must therefore:

• Check output before relying on it. Verify facts, figures, citations and quotations independently.
• Review code before running it, especially code that touches production systems or data.
• Not treat output as professional advice. Milly Lab does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax or other regulated advice, and output must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional.

Identical or similar prompts may produce different output for different users. We do not guarantee that any particular output is unique to you.

You are responsible for how you use output, and for any consequence of relying on it.

#Ownership

Your content

You keep all rights in what you submit to Milly Lab — your prompts, files, and anything you connect. You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit it, including to the third-party model providers listed in the Subprocessor List, solely so we can operate the service for you. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Output

As between you and us, you own the output generated for you, to the extent it can be owned. You are responsible for confirming that your use of output does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You should know that output may not attract copyright protection in some jurisdictions, because it was machine-generated.

Your rights in output are subject to the terms of the model provider that produced it.

The service itself

We keep all rights in Milly Lab — the software, the interface, the branding and the documentation. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not any ownership of it.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.

#Plans, allowances and billing

How the commercial model works

Milly Lab sells subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of model usage denominated in US dollars, split across a specific set of models. Plans are not cumulative — a plan includes exactly the models listed for it, not the models of the plans below it.

Current prices are shown at sign-up and on the billing page.

The free tier

A registered user without a subscription may use a limited set of chat models only — currently gpt-5.4-nano and deepseek-v4-flash — capped at 10 messages per model per 4-hour window. All other models and all non-chat features require a paid plan.

When your allowance runs out

Usage inside your monthly allowance is included in your subscription. When a model's allowance is exhausted, further use of that model draws on your prepaid balance at twice the underlying provider cost.

If your allowance is exhausted and your balance cannot cover the request, the request is refused with a payment-required error before any charge is made. We do not silently bill you beyond what you have paid for.

We check before starting a request that it can pay for its full input and a usable answer, so you are not charged for a response that is cut off midway.

Billing period

Allowances are granted for a subscription period and do not carry over. An unused allowance expires at the end of the period.

When a subscription period ends without renewal, access falls back to the free tier. Your data is not deleted.

Payment

No payment gateway is currently connected. Milly Lab cannot presently take payment, and no card or bank details are collected. A gateway with local banks is planned.

Billing terms for purchases — payment methods, renewal, invoicing, refunds and cancellation — will be added to these terms before payments go live.

Changes to plans and prices

We may change plan contents and prices. We will give you уточняется notice before a change affects an existing subscription. Continuing to use Milly Lab after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Because Milly Lab depends on third-party model providers, the set of models in a plan may change when a provider changes its pricing or withdraws a model. We will keep the plan's overall value broadly equivalent where we can.

#Teams

A team owner may invite others to a shared workspace. The owner is responsible for their team's use of Milly Lab and for what team members do with shared content.

Team members can see content shared into the team workspace. Do not share anything into a team that you would not want every member to see.

Ownership can be transferred to another member. Removing a member ends their access to the team workspace.

#Availability

We aim to keep Milly Lab available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Milly Lab depends on third-party model providers and hosting infrastructure, and an outage at any of them may affect it.

We may perform maintenance, and may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces functionality you rely on, where we can.

No service level agreement is offered.

#Suspension and termination

By you

You can stop using Milly Lab at any time. To close your account, use the account-deletion action in your settings, or contact us.

The account-deletion action currently deactivates your account; the Privacy Policy describes exactly what is and is not erased today.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other users at risk, if we are required to by law, or if payment fails.

For a serious breach — in particular the prohibited content categories above — we may terminate immediately and without notice. Otherwise we will give notice and, where the breach can be fixed, a chance to fix it.

On termination your right to use Milly Lab ends.

#Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milly Lab is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We specifically do not warrant that output will be accurate, complete, current, appropriate for your purpose, or free of third-party rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

#Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to уточняется.

These limits apply regardless of the legal theory and even if we were advised of the possibility of the loss.

#Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of Milly Lab, your content, or your use of output.

#Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of уточняется.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of уточняется.

Nothing in these terms overrides consumer protections that mandatorily apply where you live.

#Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at https://m-lab.app/docs/terms-of-service.

For material changes we will notify you by email to the address on your account at least уточняется before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using Milly Lab and close your account before it takes effect.

#General

• Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Milly Lab.
• Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Notices. We will send notices to the email address on your account. Send formal notices to us at уточняется.
