What does the free plan include?
A free Milly Lab account includes GPT-5.6 Luna and DeepSeek V4 Flash, with 10 messages per model every 4 hours. Image, video and 3D generation, file uploads and document generation are not part of the free plan.
How do plan allowances work?
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance for every model on its list, and the lists are not cumulative: a higher plan is not a superset of a lower one. For example, DeepSeek V4 Flash is in Starter but in no higher plan.
For chat models the allowance is a monthly budget per model, so the message counts are estimates for a message of average length: long prompts and long answers use it up faster.
When a model's allowance runs out, further use of that model is paid from your account balance at 2× the provider cost. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next month.
Enterprise has no listed price: its models and allowances are agreed in the contract.
Is voice transcription included?
Voice transcription is included in Starter, Pro, Max and Advanced, with its own monthly allowance of voice notes: Starter 60, Pro 100, Max 150 and Advanced 300.
Which models can I use through the API?
The OpenAI-compatible Milly Lab API at https://api.m-lab.app/v1 serves the chat models (13) and image models (4) by the API IDs in the tables above, plus the text-embedding-3-small embeddings model. Video and 3D models are available only in the app.
API access is included in the Max, Advanced and Enterprise plans. GET https://api.m-lab.app/v1/models returns the live model list with prices and needs no API key.
Why do API IDs differ from model names?
API IDs are permanent: when a model is replaced by a newer version, its ID stays the same so existing code keeps working, and only the name shown in the app changes. That is why GPT-5.6 Luna is called with the ID gpt-5.4-nano and Claude Opus 5 with claude-opus-4-8. The tables show both exactly as the platform uses them.
Which old model IDs still work in the API?
A retired API ID that has a successor still works: the request is answered and billed as the current model. An ID without a successor returns a 404 model_not_found error.

Does Milly Lab have Claude Opus?
Yes. Claude Opus 5 is included in the Advanced plan ($72 a month) with an allowance of about 114 messages a month. In the app it runs in Swarm Mind only, not in plain chat; in the API its ID is claude-opus-4-8.
Can I use GPT, Claude and Gemini on one subscription?
Yes. Starter ($12 a month) is the lowest plan with models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google: GPT-5.6 Luna, Claude Haiku 4.5 and Gemini 3.7 Flash.
Is Grok included in a Milly Lab plan?
No. Grok 4.6 is not included in any plan; it is available as a paid add-on for $7 a month.
