Business letters in Tajik and Russian with AI
Milly Lab drafts official letters and business e-mails in Tajik and Russian with built-in skills that follow the format used in Tajikistan and the CIS: sender block, number and date, addressee, subject, standard phrases, enclosures and signature. The skills are on for every account, including Free; a Word or PDF file needs Pro ($25/month) or higher.

What problem do the letter skills solve?
Official letters in Tajikistan and the CIS follow a fixed layout and stock phrases; the built-in skills give the model that layout and those phrases, so a draft comes back in the expected form instead of as a translated e-mail.
Which built-in skills help with letters and business documents?
Four of Milly Lab's 15 built-in skills cover business writing in Tajik and Russian: official letters, e-mails and messages, translation with a glossary, and contract review.
| Skill | What it does | Languages |
|---|---|---|
| Official letters (TG/RU) | Letters to organisations and state bodies: requests, guarantee letters, tender cover letters, claims to suppliers, letters of thanks and notices to partners | Tajik, Russian |
| E-mail drafting (RU/TG) | E-mails and messenger messages with the right form of address: requests, refusals, reminders and apologies | Russian, Tajik |
| Translation with a glossary | Consistent translation with a fixed table of terms, exact names and numbers, and notes on ambiguities | Tajik, Russian, English |
| Contract review (CIS) | A clause-by-clause list of issues in a commercial contract under Tajik or other CIS civil law, with suggested wording; not legal advice | Suggested wording in the contract's language |
How do you write a letter in Milly Lab?
Ask for the letter in a normal chat, give the facts and say the language; the model loads the letter skill by itself and returns the letter with every block in place.
- Open a chat. You do not need to switch anything on: built-in skills are always on.
- Give the facts: the sender, the addressee with position and organisation, the document or event you refer to, the request or statement, the deadline and any enclosures.
- Say the language: Tajik, Russian or both. For a letter to a state body or a foreign partner, the model offers a version in the other language.
- The chat shows that the model is reading the skill, then returns the letter block by block. The outgoing number stays blank for your registry unless you give one.
- On Pro or higher, ask for the letter as a Word (DOCX) or PDF file.
- Check names, numbers, dates and legal wording before you sign and send the letter.
What does a good letter request look like?
A good request names the addressee, the basis, the request and the deadline, so the model does not have to guess any of the facts that go into the letter.
Write an official letter in Tajik from our company to the director of our supplier. Basis: contract No. 12 of 3 September 2026. Ask them to confirm the delivery dates by 15 October 2026. Enclosure: a copy of the contract, 4 pages.
The more facts the request gives, the less you edit afterwards: the names, numbers and dates in the letter come from what you write.
Which plan do you need for business letters?
The letter skills work on every plan, including Free; the plan decides which models you can use and whether you get a Word or PDF file, which needs Pro ($25 per month) or higher.
| Plan | Price | Letter skills | Word or PDF file |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | Yes | No |
| Starter | $12 per month | Yes | No |
| Pro | $25 per month | Yes | Yes |
| Max | $42 per month | Yes | Yes |
| Advanced | $72 per month | Yes | Yes |
| Enterprise | On request | Yes | Yes |
What are the limits?
On the Free plan you get 10 messages per model every 4 hours with GPT-5.6 Luna and DeepSeek V4 Flash, and letters come back as chat text; paid plans add more models, monthly allowances and, from Pro, document files.
- Skills load only on models that use tools, which is every chat model in Milly Lab except the Gemini models.
- A letter is a draft written by an AI model, not legal advice; Contract review (CIS) says the same about its findings.
- Built-in skills cannot be switched off or edited; to change one, copy its text into a skill of your own.
- The Milly Lab interface is available in Tajik, Russian and English, so you can work in the language of the letter.
