Models and features
Which AI models does Milly Lab include?
Milly Lab offers models from five providers on one account: OpenAI (GPT-5.6 Luna, Terra and Sol, ChatGPT Codex), Anthropic (Claude Haiku 4.5, Sonnet 5 and Opus 5), Google (Gemini 3.7 Flash and Gemini 3.7 Flash 200K), DeepSeek (V4 Flash, V4 and V4 Pro) and xAI (Grok 4.6, as a paid add-on only). Image, video and 3D models are listed in the model catalog. Each plan includes its own set of models.
What is the cheapest plan with GPT, Claude and Gemini?
Starter, at $12 a month, is the cheapest Milly Lab plan with GPT, Claude and Gemini: it includes GPT-5.6 Luna, Claude Haiku 4.5, Gemini 3.7 Flash and DeepSeek V4 Flash. The larger GPT-5.6 Terra and Claude Sonnet 5 start on Pro at $25. GPT-5.6 Sol starts on Max at $42, and Claude Opus 5 is only on Advanced at $72, with about 114 messages a month; in the app, both run in Swarm Mind only, and they are also available through the API.
Can Milly Lab generate images, video and 3D models?
Yes: Milly Lab generates images (Light Studio) from the Pro plan up, video (Video Studio) from Max up and 3D models (3D Studio) on Advanced. Pro includes about 57 Gemini Nano Banana 2 images a month, Max includes Veo 3.1 for about 5 clips a month, and 3D Studio runs on Meshy. Starter and the Free plan have no image, video or 3D generation.
What is Swarm Mind?
Swarm Mind is a set of modes in which several models work on one task. In Council Mode, several models answer the same question independently, and you compare and merge their answers. In Project Mode, an orchestrator model splits a brief into subtasks, worker models complete them, and the results are combined into one deliverable. Swarm Mind is available on Max, Advanced and Enterprise.
Can Milly Lab create Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF files?
Yes: from the Pro plan up, Milly Lab creates DOCX, PPTX, XLSX and PDF files in the chat, ready to download. The Free plan and Starter do not include document generation.

Why are some prices crossed out?
The crossed-out amounts are the plans' former prices: Starter was $19, Pro $29, Max $49 and Advanced $79 a month. They now cost $12, $25, $42 and $72 respectively.
What does the plan price pay for?
A paid plan's price is a monthly platform fee plus an allowance of model usage in US dollars: Starter at $12 is $5 of fee and $7 of model usage. The usage allowances on Pro, Max and Advanced are $15, $27 and $52. The allowance is split across the plan's models; in the app it is spent at the providers' cost, with no markup, while API calls also carry the API platform fee of $1 per 1M tokens.
What happens when my allowance runs out?
Once a model's allowance is used up, requests to that model are paid from your prepaid balance at 2× the provider's cost. If neither the allowance nor the balance can cover a request, it is refused before it runs, so you are never charged for a cut-off answer. The other models in your plan keep working within their own allowances.
Does unused allowance roll over to the next month?
No, unused allowance does not roll over: model budgets reset to the plan's amount on the 1st of every calendar month (UTC), whatever day you subscribed on. You also cannot move allowance from one model to another, because each model's share is fixed.
Does a higher plan include every model of the lower plans?
No, plans are not cumulative: each plan includes exactly its own list of models. For example, Pro includes DeepSeek V4 and Gemini 3.7 Flash 200K, while Max includes neither. Check the model list, not only the price, before you change plan.
Is Grok included in a plan?
No, Grok 4.6 is not included in any Milly Lab plan: it is a paid add-on for $7 a month, added when you subscribe or change plan on the Billing page of the web app.
Free plan
Can I use Milly Lab for free?
Yes, Milly Lab has a Free plan: a registered account without a subscription can chat with GPT-5.6 Luna and DeepSeek V4 Flash, up to 10 messages per model every 4 hours. No bank card is needed. The Free plan is chat only, with no file uploads, web search, document, image, video or 3D generation, Swarm Mind or API.
How does the free message limit reset?
The free limit uses a rolling window: each message counts against it for 4 hours after you send it, and then its slot frees up. When the limit is reached, Milly Lab shows when you can send the next message; you can also switch to the other free model or subscribe.
Can I try Milly Lab before paying?
Yes, on the Free plan, which has no time limit: up to 10 messages per model every 4 hours with GPT-5.6 Luna and DeepSeek V4 Flash, and no bank card is needed. Other models and features need a paid plan.
Payments
How do I pay for Milly Lab?
You pay for Milly Lab on the Billing page of the web app, where you subscribe to a plan and top up your balance. Payments are processed by SmartPay, a payment system from Tajikistan that accepts payment in any currency. Plan, add-on and balance prices are set in US dollars.
Can I pay in rubles, somoni or another currency?
Yes, you can pay for Milly Lab in rubles, somoni or any other currency, because SmartPay accepts payment in any currency. Milly Lab's prices themselves are set in US dollars.
How do I top up my balance?
On the Billing page you can add $5, $10, $25, $50 or any other amount to your balance. The balance pays for requests after a model's plan allowance is used up, at 2× the provider's cost, and it can also pay for a plan.
Data and privacy
Is my data used to train AI models?
Milly Lab does not train its own models on your content. To answer a request, Milly Lab sends it to the provider of the model you chose (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek or xAI), and each provider applies its own data-use and retention policy.
Who receives my prompts and files?
Your prompt, the conversation history and attachments go to the provider of the model you selected for that message. Image, video and 3D prompts go to the generation service that runs the model; a search query goes to a web search service only when web search is on; and GitHub or Google Drive files are read only if you connect those accounts yourself.
Where is my data stored, and for how long?
Your account, conversations and usage records are stored in Milly Lab's database hosted on Railway, and generated and uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2. There is no automatic deletion schedule yet: data is kept until you delete it or ask for it to be removed.
How do I delete my account and data?
Deleting your account in Settings, which asks you to confirm your identity again, deactivates it at once but does not erase your conversations, files or usage records; to have those removed, send a request through the contact form. You can also delete any single conversation from the chat list at any time.
Can I export my conversations?
Yes, any Milly Lab conversation can be exported from the chat as a Markdown (.md) or Word file, one conversation at a time. There is no one-click export of a whole account yet; you can request a copy of your data through the contact form.
Security
Does Milly Lab support two-factor authentication and passkeys?
Yes, Milly Lab supports two-factor authentication with an authenticator app (TOTP), one-time recovery codes and passkeys. You turn it on in Settings → Security: sign-in then asks for a 6-digit code after your password, a passkey (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello or a security key) can replace the code, and a browser can be remembered for 30 days.
How are sign-in sessions protected?
Milly Lab access tokens are valid for 60 minutes, and the web app signs you out after 20 minutes without activity. Signing out, changing your password or resetting it ends every session on every device. A sign-in from a new device triggers an email, and recent sign-ins are listed in Settings → Security.
Can Milly Lab change my GitHub repository or Google Drive without my approval?
No, Milly Lab cannot change your GitHub repository or Google Drive without your approval: while agents work, every change is staged inside the session. Changes are written only after you review them and press Apply, and a file that changed in the meantime is reported as a conflict instead of being overwritten. Note that GitHub's repo permission technically covers every repository your account can access, although Milly Lab works only in the one you select.
Is Milly Lab certified for SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No, Milly Lab holds no security certification, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and claims no HIPAA or GDPR compliance. The security overview describes how the service protects data and where its current limits are.
API
Does Milly Lab have an API?
Yes, Milly Lab has an OpenAI-compatible API at https://api.m-lab.app/v1, included in the Max, Advanced and Enterprise plans. The official OpenAI SDKs for Python and Node.js work after a base-URL change. The API covers chat completions with streaming, embeddings, image generation, the model list and usage reports, and keys are created on the API keys page of the Full Console, opened from Settings → Security.
How much does the Milly Lab API cost?
Each Milly Lab API request costs the model provider's rate plus a platform fee of $1 per million input tokens and $1 per million output tokens; each image carries a fee of $0.01. Your plan's allowance for that model is spent first, then your balance at 2× the cost. The public /v1/models endpoint returns the exact current prices.
What are the API rate limits?
Each Milly Lab API key can make 120 requests per minute, and an account can hold up to 5 active keys. A single request can carry up to 200 messages and 400,000 characters. Each key can also have a monthly spend cap and a list of allowed models.
Teams and Enterprise
Can I use Milly Lab with a team?
Yes, Milly Lab supports teams: the Advanced plan includes a team workspace for up to 10 seats, and Enterprise allows unlimited members and adds the Enterprise Console for managing the team's seats, limits and billing. Anything shared in a team workspace is visible to all of its members.
How do team invitations work?
A Milly Lab team owner or admin invites people by email. The invitation link is valid for 7 days, and a person joins the team only when they accept it themselves. Team roles are admin and member, and ownership can be transferred to another member.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is a plan for organizations with individual terms: every Milly Lab feature, unlimited members, the Enterprise Console and a set of models agreed in the contract. It has no fixed list price; to discuss terms, write to us through the contact form.
Languages and region
Which languages does Milly Lab support?
Milly Lab's interface is available in English, Russian and Tajik. You can switch the language in the website's language menu and in the app's settings, and the website's pages have versions at /en, /ru and /tj. Security and schedule e-mails follow your language; sign-up, password-reset, team-invitation and payment e-mails are in English for now.
Can I chat with the models in Tajik or Russian?
Yes, you can write to Milly Lab's models in any language, including Russian and Tajik. The quality of answers in Tajik can differ from model to model, so for important texts compare several models, for example in Council Mode.
Who runs Milly Lab, and where is it based?
Milly Lab is operated by Milly Lab LLC, a company based in Tajikistan, and runs at m-lab.app. It is not affiliated with Measurement Lab (M-Lab), the internet measurement project.

How do I create an account?
You create a Milly Lab account with an email address and a password, confirming the address from the verification email, or by signing in with Google. No bank card is needed, and the Free plan is available right after sign-up.
What happens if I do not renew my subscription?
When a Milly Lab subscription is not renewed, the account moves to the Free plan. Your conversations, generated files and connected workspaces are kept; you only lose access to the paid models and features until you subscribe again.
How do I contact support or report a vulnerability?
You reach Milly Lab support through the contact form on the Contacts page; there is no public email address or other support channel yet. When you report a vulnerability, say that it is a security report, and do not test it against other people's accounts or data.
